Quality Coach

Job Location:  Pune
Job Description:  SkillSet: coaching, accounts, aspect, auditing, billing.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure's
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories

  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Performance management
  • Meeting the targets aligned.
  • Quality Check of Team Members Performance and Share Feedback accordingly
  • Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at individual level.
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for staff.
  • Provides feedback to the team leaders & managers.
  • Prepares & analyses internal & external quality reports for the management staff.
  • Provides training to new team members.
  • Allocating daily jobs and workloads.
  • Maintenance of reports including Productivity, Quality and SLA
  • Maintaining Data work and Presentation.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • International Call Monitoring Experience/ prior B2b sales Experience.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills and Leadership Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Full Execution of the recruitment process (Including Job Posting, Phone Interviewing,Cold Calling ,Regular Communication with Candidates, End to End recruitments ).
  • Screening, sourcing, scheduling interviews and closing positions required by operations.
  • Confirming the employment through proper screening and regular follow up.
  • Ability to work with normal sourcing avenues such as job portals, social networking , references, head hunting etc as well as to innovate new recruiting techniques.
  • Maintenance of Database.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Good written and Verbal Communication.
  • 6 months- 2 years of Experience in recruitments(International BPO s /ITES Companies).
  • Consultancy experience is preferred.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
