Personality, attitude and communication has to score very well as well. (at least 12+ years experienced) Skills Desirable: Devops, Cloud Native Application development exposure, Cognitive Computing(AI, NPL, RPA) Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals Strong OO design patterns and concepts Technology agnostic should be able to adapt to any technology and build architecture solution based on Fit for Purpose principal Work with Sr. Enterprise and Solution Architects of the organization defining technical strategically roadmaps Work with Pre- sales team in building proposals for the RFPs Designing functional technology solutions Overseeing development and implementation of programs Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams Define technical guidelines and standards Evaluate right technical frameworks and software Define technical architecture for the business cases depicting impacted systems, component association, relevant modules adaptable to both On- Premises and Cloud environments ,
