Job Description-1:
Business Process Associate
Understanding the business structure, attending client calls, and provide the best services.
Understanding customers and their requirements to provide the right solutions at the right time.
Responding and resolving various client/applicant queries put forth through voice and chat processes.
Ensuring high-quality services being rendered to clients to increase the Brand Value.
Should be well versed in (Local language) as well as English as mandatory. People who are multi-lingual would hold an added advantage.
Your Job starts with 1 month of On the Job Training (OJT), where you will be learning about our products and services. You will be also trained to improve your communication skills and sales pitch.
Post-training you will start handling the calls.
 
Job Description-2:
Tech Support Executive
Sorting applications/data from different sources to master sheet.
To call applicants and understanding their requirements, updating the TA database.
Responsible for tracking the applications, generating a qualified talent pool for various job roles with CV evidence and sharing the details with the respective recruiter and Talent Acquisition Head.
Coordinating with recruiters/applicants for conducting E-meetings through Zoom, Skype Etc.
Conduct online tests for candidates and make reports from time to time.
Communicate interview status with the candidate throughout the process.

Qualification: Intermediate / Degree.

Experience: 0 - 5 years.

Location: Hyderabad (Telangana, India)

Salary: Rs. 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
