Customer Support Executive
Job Location:  Surat
Job Description:  The Job Role and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be:
•Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
•Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
•Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
•Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
•Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
•Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
•Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
•Maintains customer records by updating account information.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Competencies and Skills Required
